As one of Britain’s largest employers, Network Rail wanted to celebrate Pride Month by creating a campaign that showcased the diverse experiences of LGBT+ employees in an effort to empower and educate the rail industry.
To do this, we created a series of meaningful films that celebrated the diverse identities within Network Rail’s LGBT+ community.
For each film we used a different vibrant colour combination, representing the different Pride flags.
Through personal stories shared by real employees, the campaign sparked conversations, promoted acceptance, and celebrated diversity across the organization.
